This hotel was impeccably looked after in terms of cleanliness. I liked the location as it was midway between Nagoya Hills Mall and the Nagoya Food Court. I especially liked the buggy ride which took me from the reception area to my part of the building at the far end. Those drivers were very friendly and helpful with tips on where to go.

Room was small yet cosy, myriad of TV channels and a medium soft bed with fluffy pillows. Basic toiletries and electric kettle provided as well. Hotel's location to Nagoya Hill Mall is in walking distance with plenty of eateries nearby. Service-oriented and helpful staff the moment you stepped in. Initially booked for a night stay but extended for another, highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable bed. Good Aircon. Clean air in the room. Hotel supplies eg shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste n toothbrush available to use. Friendly n approachable staff always wear a smile on their faces. From the Bellboy who helps us with the luggages n chat with us. He always ready to assist, to the Reception staff who speaks English well. And the cleaner who clean n make up the room n restaurant staff... all of them made us feel welcome to this hotel. Nice vibes. The location is good. Nagoya citywalk is just at the back of this hotel. There's a factory outlet there selling all sorts of clothing, bags, wallets etc..n eateries around the area. We r vegetarian, and there's 1 veg shop just 2mins from the hotel serving varieties of dishes at very reasonable prices. There's also plenty of shops selling designer bags, Chinese medical shop, eateries, incense sticks shop, convenience store etc n a pasar is short walking distance from this hotel.

The room is clean and fresh. The location is in the middle of the city. Lots of food stalls and shopping malls nearby. But the main star of the place is the staff. Very very helpful and trustworthy. Very polite and attentive. Will help you in any way possible. If you happen to come here and need to rent a car for an island tour, please do ask for Mr. Donny. He will take you on a tour of Batam Island for just Rp. 700k until night. The most trustworthy and polite person in Batam IMHO. He can also help you for one off drop for a reasonable price.

It’s centrally located a short ride from the Harbour Bay ferry terminal and in or near Nagoya. It’s a short walk to the fantastic Nagoya foodcourt. Rooms are clean, comfortable and everything just works. The friendly and helpful staff arranged the taxi to the airport. It was a short and pleasant stay.

Affordable and clean. I had an extended stay because I thought it was great value for money and comfortable, and no cockroaches running around like other "budget" hotels in Batam

Really friendly and welcoming staff. Were helpful booking taxi very early in the morning. Very clean and spacious room. Comfortable nights sleep. Near the big shopping centre if that is why you are here. Nice restaurant up on the 4th floor. Decor seems new and very modern

I like the location , its so conviniet to everything, its also people around this area is honest. Also the staffs are very helpful. I can recommend this hotel to those who can have a short holiday..
